THREE WORLDS JOURNEY Stamp Rewards

Collect a stamp at all three exhibitions, then present a same-day Arcade receipt of HK$50 or above to redeem a HK$10 Dining Voucher or exclusive exhibition gifts.

^Electronic payment methods include credit card, EPS, Octopus, UnionPay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, AlipayHK, Tap & Go and WeChat Pay HK or any other electronic payment methods accepted by the participating merchants.

Redemption is available on a first come, first served basis, Once per person per day. Available while stock lasts. Terms and Conditions apply.

Redemption terms and conditions:

1. Redemption is exclusively available to C. Connect Loyalty Program members. Customers must join and log in to the C. Connect Loyalty Program on-site before redemption. Customers who fail to do so will not be eligible for the redemption.
2. Daily quota applies on rewards while stock lasts, and the redemption will be terminated accordingly without prior notice.
3. Promotion period refers to the above redemption period listed. Sales transaction and reward redemption must fall and redeem within this period.
4. Designated electronic payment methods only include credit card, EPS, Octopus, UnionPay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, AlipayHK, Tap & Go and WeChat Pay HK or any other electronic payment methods accepted by the participating merchants. Any transaction of value-adding services, purchase of cash vouchers/ gift vouchers/ gift cards and membership fee payment is NOT eligible for this promotion.
5. To join the promotion, customers are required to login onsite and present their own physical credit card(s)/ EPS card(s)/ Octopus Card(s) used for the spending; corresponding original machine-printed receipt(s) from Cyberport outlet(s) and electronic payment slip(s): (L4 Food Court: A maximum of two(2) original machine-printed receipts issued by different merchants on the same day (minimum HK$50 per receipt) will be accepted. All other merchants: Only one(1) original machine-printed receipt will be accepted, and payment must be made by electronic means.) Customers are required to login the App and show the transaction(s) for mobile payment (screen cap is not accepted). Cash, Gift Card/Voucher of any tenants, and other payment methods are NOT accepted.
6. Only the actual transaction amount will be counted for redemption, that is, the net amount paid after deducting discounts, service charges, promotion coupons, cash coupons, gift certificates, gift cards, points, credit card rebates, or any form of rewards or rebates.
7. For instalment payments, the amount of the first instalment paid rather than the total transaction amount will be accepted for this promotion. Deposit and balance payments will be counted according to the transaction amount paid as stated on the respective merchant's machine-printed sales receipt.
8. Only original machine-printed receipt issued by merchants in the Arcade and the Annex of Cyberport is accepted for the redemption. Damaged, handwritten, photocopies, re-printed, Octopus added value and ATM bill payment receipt will not be accepted.
9. Value-adding receipts, transaction for purchasing or spending with tenants' cash vouchers/gift vouchers/gift cards are NOT eligible for redemption.
10. Receipts from bank charges, membership fee payment, medical charges, insurance & investment fee payment, property agencies, Post Office, telecommunications services, bill payment service, car parking fee, car wash services, Pop-up and Bazaar are NOT eligible for related promotion.
11. All spending receipts that have been used for redemption are NOT eligible for refund from the outlets. If customers MUST get the refund, they should return the redeemed rewards to the redemption counter prior to refund.
12. Each eligible original receipt will entitle each customer one registration only. The redemption cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offers (except Parking Promotion).
13. Any loss or damage suffered after the premiums are collected by the customer will not be replaced or reimbursed. Redemption on a first-come-first-served basis, while stock last.
14. All rewards are NOT FOR SALE, non-exchangeable for cash and/or other gifts, and are non-returnable. The Arcade & participating outlets reserve the right to collect or cancel the rewards used for sale.
15. Employees of participating mall merchants are not eligible to participate in the above promotion, nor are they permitted to redeem rewards on behalf of customers, so as to ensure fairness and impartiality.
16. Customers should refer to entry tickets for respective usage terms and details. Non-exchangeable and non-returnable after redemption.
17. Events are subject to change or cancellation without prior notice.
18. The Arcade reserves the right to make the final decision to amend the relevant rules. In case of any dispute, The Arcade will reserve the final decision.
