In Chinese, our name tells our entire story. 牛田鲜 is not just three characters; it is our sacred geometry.
· 牛 (Niú – herd/beef): We use quality beef from around the world.
· 田 (Tián – The Field): The vegetables are fresh from the field
· 鮮 (Xiān – The Sea): our seafood is fresh from the Tin Wan fish market daily.

Most restaurants use "fresh" as a marketing word. At Otence, it is our only operating key.
